Sea Moss Gel Instructions: Clean Sea Moss with warm water. Soak 12-24 hours in spring water. Rinse again. Blend with 1/2 cup of spring water until your desired consistency is reached. Store in air tight container. Will last 4-5 weeks in fridge.
